Firstlight won the brief following a competitive pitch against one other agency.
Billed as a rival to the Apple Watch and Google’s Android Wear, Pebble’s watches, which launched in the UK in November 2014, feature internet-connected apps that connect to iPhone and Android phones, and offer text, email and calling facilities. More than one million have been sold.
Pebble recently completed a $20m (£12.8m) fundraising round via Kickstarter for a new version of its smartwatch.
As part of the brief, Firstlight is to focus on securing reviews of the Pebble products in technology, consumer tech and lifestyle and enterprise publications.
