The firm says it expects Nester to raise creativity throughout the agency while further bolstering the agency’s digital and social credentials.
Over the past two-and-a-half years, Nester led We Are Social’s creative department alongside creative partner Graham Jenkins, and was a judge in the Cyber category at the Cannes Lion 2015. He also previously worked for OgilvyOne.

In his new role, Nester will report to Adam Clyne, EMEA head of digital at Weber Shandwick. Clyne commented: "James is a world-class creative and brings with him an unrivalled capacity to deliver campaigns that explode across the digital and media world."
The news comes in the two weeks after three new hires to the firm’s digital team, including Al Berry from Barcardi as head of content -–and one week after the firm added the EMEA chairmanship position to Tim Sutton's duties, in addition to his Asia-Pacific roles.
