Rant & Rave appoints CubanEight to promote brand to UK businesses

Rant & Rave, a customer engagement provider, has hired b2b and consumer PR specialist CubanEight to raise awareness of the brand, following a competitive pitch.

Coventry-based Rant & Rave is billed as a tool that enables organisations to proactively communicate with customers and receive rapid feedback. Half of its clients are FTSE companies.

CubanEight is briefed to help the brand become associated with customer engagement across all levels of a business. As well as building credibility, the agency will handle news announcements, features, media briefings, case studies and award submissions.
