The ECHAlliance organises meetings and promotes best practice in the health sector, representing pharmaceutical companies, health and wellbeing businesses, governmental organisations and health insurance brands. It facilitates more than 100 gatherings each year.
Brian O’Connor, founder of the ECHAlliance, said: "The significant and continued growth of the ECHAlliance requires us to find partners who share the same vision and objectives as we do. We decided now was the moment to partner with a global professional communication company and Tonic was the obvious choice."
Mary Smiddy, global CEO of Tonic, which is part of Huntsworth Health, said: "The empowered patient, ageing populations and rising healthcare costs are fuelling the convergence of technology, med tech, consumer and pharma to develop and deliver innovative connected health solutions. Transformative change such as this requires equally innovative multi-stakeholder communications to help support and advance this movement."
