Monteiro uses consumers’ insights via online platforms to inform business decisions and improve products. This has led to a direct growth in budget and headcount at MasterCard.
In relation to this, earlier this year he realigned the comms team to emphasize MasterCard’s focus on influencer engagement and social listening.
