launches PR review

Online rail ticket retailer is looking for a new consumer PR firm, with incumbent agency Fishburn not repitching for the account, PRWeek has learned.

AAR is overseeing the pitch.

Fishburn has held the account since 2009 when it won a four-way pitch against Hotwire, Lexis and Cow. Lexis previously held the account for five years.

In March, reviewed its creative account after seven years with DLKW Lowe. It was recently announced that Anomaly had won the account.

Last month the company expanded the review to include media, which is held by Vizeum.
