There was no incumbent in place and Redleaf will initially work on a 12-month retainer. The brief requires Redleaf to raise the awareness of Charles Stanley’s services with wealth management, national and financial consumer press. The agency will also handle social and digital media along with content creation.
A total of eight people will work on the account with Rebecca Sanders-Hewett leading on the financial PR side and Charles Ansdell taking responsibility for corporate reputation and media relations. Both will report to Joanne Vowles, Charles Stanley’s PR manager.
Paul Abberley, chief executive at Charles Stanley, said: "How we communicate with the media and other audiences is vitally important for maintaining our reputation for integrity and transparency. As we strive to build a client-focused business that rewards all its stakeholders, we are confident Redleaf can help us articulate our vision and its delivery."
