Mobas restructures to 'grow skill sets'

Cambridge-based PR agency Mobas has undergone a restructure that will see four specialist divisions operate as separate businesses under the umbrella of Mobas Group.

The divisions previously worked as one company but under the changes more autonomy will be handed to each one. The idea is to enable them to develop specialist skills sets.

The new divisions are: MobasCore, for brand, strategy and planning; MobasMuse, for creative and design for brands, campaigns and collateral; MobasIgnite, for digital services, devising strategies and delivering platforms; and MobasEngage, for PR, content marketing and social media.

Robin Bryant, MD of Mobas Group, said: "The integrated model has worked incredibly well for us over the past 11 years, but the world is a very different place to that of a decade ago. Marketing managers increasingly need access to a wide range of skills, and unless you are blessed with a marketing team of 20+ experts in-house, you need specialist help and support to deliver successful marketing campaigns today.

"Our new structure provides brands with access to the very best skills with one point of contact, allowing our clients to benefit from all or select services to meet their specific needs."

Mobas Group employs more than 30 members of staff and has clients in different sectors across trade and consumer comms. Clients include Accor hotels, Endomag, Marmalade, Greene King and Countryside Properties.
