Deadline extended for entering PR Internships Awards

The entry deadline for the first annual PR Internships Awards has been extended to 5 June.

The awards are the latest step in the PRCA and PRWeek’s work to improve standards in the sector. There are two categories: Best Internship Programme and Best Intern.

The awards conclude the joint PRWeek/PRCA PR Internships For All (PRIFA) initiative, which focused on bringing more young people from diverse backgrounds into the PR industry at entry level.

All of the organisations that have participated in the PRIFA initiative may enter the awards for free. For organisations that have not participated in the campaign, there is a charge of £70 + VAT per entry.

Shortlists will be announced on Monday 15 June. Those shortlisted will be interviewed by a panel later that month and the winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on 9 July.
