80:20 secured the account after a non-competitive pitch. PRWeek understands Gardner Aerospace was impressed with previous work the agency had done on behalf of Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace.
The agency's primary task is to promote Gardner as a tier-one supplier of Airbus aircrafts to trade audiences throughout Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The agency will also handle all comms related to media and events.
Nick Sanders, Gardner Aerospace’s executive chairman, said: "We were looking for a partner who understood the intricacies of our business and how to reach our key audiences, which 80:20 clearly demonstrated."
80:20 Communications' clients have included Bell Helicopter and Textron Aviation. It also secured a global PR brief for Delta Airlines in March this year.
