Smarts Communicate, based in Northern Ireland, won the Consultancy of the Year award.
The agency was praised for "neat innovations to agency structure and strategy, outstanding client quotes, and a genuine and passionate team who clearly love what they do with an enviable client list".
Smarts also won the Media, Marketing and Measurement award and the Live, Launched and Loud award for its Bushmills Live campaign.
Edinburgh Council scooped the In-House Team of the Year award. Judges were impressed with efforts that resulted in public responses increasing by 501 per cent.
Scottish Widows (Lloyds Banking Group) won the Corporate Financial and Stakeholder Relations award for Scottish Widows’ Centre for the Modern Family -– Putting Family at the Heart of Finance.
The PRCA also confirmed the appointment of Clare Smith, the Scottish Government’s chief marketing officer, as the new chairman of its Scotland Group.
Smith will be joined by vice-chairman Natalie Buxton, a director at Weber Shandwick. They were elected after being uncontested during the election process.
