Dashlane allows users to manage passwords, credit cards, IDs, notes and other important information securely.
Brands2Life will work with the company, which has been rapidly expanding in the US, to grow its profile in the UK. The agency will raise awareness of the everyday problem faced by web users, of registering, logging in and checking out on every website on every device – and the security implications associated with it.
Brands2Life will position Dashlane as the most effective solution to the problem through media and influencer relations and an ongoing app review programme.
Tom Armstrong, UK growth manager, Dashlane said: "We were impressed with Brands2Life’s grasp of our business, the market and the growing security issues related to personal data on the cloud. We felt Brands2Life was the agency that could highlight the dangers of weak password security and position Dashlane as the best solution to allay these fears."
Sam Kane, practice director, corporate & brand at Brands2Life, added: "With an increasing number of consumer hacks, such as Heartbleed and Anthem, occurring more and more regularly, password security needs to be front of mind for anyone with multiple online accounts. Dashlane’s simplicity, military-grade security and its ability to work on any website puts it head and shoulders above the rest of the market."
