Café Rouge hires Elliotts to rustle up consumer PR campaigns

Café Rouge brand director Georgia Hall has served PR and marketing agency Elliotts a consumer PR brief to help the chain attract more patrons and "fall back in love" with the French-themed restaurant.

Hall chose Elliotts after it handled consumer-related projects for Café Rouge last year.

Bernadette Ahmed, PR director at Elliotts, said: "Café Rouge was beloved by Bridget Jones back in the 90s and our consumer PR will aim to remind journalists and consumers of the reasons why they should love the brand all over again. 

"We’re fortunate that the business is generating lots of strong organic news for us to communicate, but we’ll be cooking up some fab creatives too," she said.
