Honey wins TP-LINK UK account

Honey, the creative social media agency, has won TP-LINK UK, the Chinese consumer electronics brand, following a three-way competitive pitch.

The agency will raise the profile of TP-LINK as a household name, through PR and social. 
Mark Adams, chair of Honey, said: "TP-LINK is incredibly understated, focused on product quality and innovation. We will use our expertise in social CRM, content marketing and technical to build brand awareness."

Nelson Qiao, assistant general manager, TP-LINK UK said: "The Honey team demonstrated it understands technology brands and how an innovative social-first approach will deliver awards, reviews and customer stories." 

Honey operates in the UK and internationally with a particular focus on emerging markets.

Its core proposition is to help overseas brands grow their presence in the West and it is looking to open outposts in China and the Middle East within the next 12 months.
