Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is set to announce her second campaign for the White House on Sunday, starting with a tweet announcing the bid, according to media reports.

Yet Clinton, still considered a virtual shoe-in for the Democratic nomination, has been walloped in the press since news broke that she used a private email account for business while serving as secretary of state. What were once air-tight poll numbers in swing states have become murkier in the weeks that followed.
