The agency will specialise in reputation advice for law firms, tax specialists, financial institutions and consulting firms.
Scott and White set up Blackbridge Communications in 2005, and launched the business division in 2013.
As an independent agency, it currently has a turnover of just under £2m with its existing client portfolio.
