Bills started his music PR career in 2001, interning at Gut Records. In 2003 he joined Parlophone Records, working in the press office creating the online publicity arm of the label. He left in 2008 to join music agency Murray Chalmers PR, where he most recently held the position of PR manager.
Bills has worked on campaigns for artists including Paloma Faith, James Blunt, Pet Shop Boys, Kylie, Coldplay and Lily Allen.
Bills PR has already signed up a number of well-known artists as well as new talent X&Y and The Young Professionals. The agency provides a range of publicity services, including print and online PR as well as consultancy on social media.
Bills said: "The industry has changed irrevocably since I started, and I believe that PR agencies and the service we provide need to as well. I am building a fresh roster, which includes thrilling new talent as well as established artists. I intend for the agency to remain agile to the market, and offer a tailored service to clients. I am exploring new ways to work with artists, labels and managers – remaining flexible at every stage of a campaign, project or career."
