Bajaj will report to H+K’s South Asia president, Radhika Shapoorjee and takes over from Devasis Chattopadhyay, who is leaving the firm.
"Carolina is a formidable talent, said Shapoorjee in the agency’s release, "with a well-established track record of winning and leading some of India’s most sought after client partnerships."
As a seventeen-year communications veteran, with both agency and in-house experience, Carolina has specialized in corporate and brand-reputation management. Her career spans across consumer, corporate, financial and technology sectors.
Bajaj’s professional history includes lead roles in marketing communications, crisis communications, employee engagement, media planning and integrated brand engagement. Before joining H+K she was deputy managing director for Weber Shandwick in India.
"I am delighted at the opportunity to drive the continued growth of H+K in Mumbai," said Bajaj. "I also look forward to further elevating our integrated marketing communications offering across India."
