H+K is to handle PR and branding for the venture, a consultancy for the offshore oil and gas industry. The deal is understood to be worth six figures.
The agency will handle the company launch and develop an integrated comms plan.
The ongoing programme will include strategic brand counsel, b2b and external and internal comms activities including content development and management, media relations, managing social channels and building a new website. The work will be handled by a cross-agency team.
