HONG KONG - Silicon Valley startup AppsFlyer has named the Hoffman Agency as its regional communications agency in Asia.

The appointment comes as the tech company, flush with $20 million in Series B funding, looks to expand its operations in Beijing, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo.

"We were deeply impressed with Hoffman’s flexibility and cross-market capabilities, and we look forward to implementing creative and impactful campaigns that will wow our app marketers, brands and agencies in the upcoming months." said Ronen Mense, AppsFlyer's VP of APAC, in a press release.

AppFlyer, which boasts Facebook, Google and Twitter as partners, offers software tools that enable advertisers to measure, analyze and optimize mobile advertising across paid, organic, viral and social channels.

Hoffman will work to position the company as a global leader in mobile-marketing analytics while creating tailor-made stories for local markets.

Hoffman will work on launch and brand-positioning campaigns for local markets including China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea and Singapore, according to Jenny Chan, the agency's vice president of business development and marketing for APAC. "We are committed to helping global companies enter Asia using our holistic and results-driven approach to convey their unique stories across the region."
