Wilson’s other roles have included comms director at Global Radio. Findell has worked at a number of comms agencies, most recently at Freuds.
MHP CEO Gavin Devine said: "There is an increasing expectation from clients that comms consultancies can seamlessly deliver on corporate, consumer and political briefs. That’s what MHP offers, and that’s why I’m delighted with the appointment of Jane and Lee. They play to our strengths and boost our already impressive offer."
Wilson said: "This is a terrific opportunity to work with a talented, collaborative and highly experienced team who really understand the challenges and opportunities facing clients in a rapidly changing comms environment."
It follows a busy period for MHP, which recently announced a strategic partnership with Brussels-based public affairs agency Cabinet DN. Earlier this month PRWeek reported that the agency has shut its Scottish office.
In January, MHP announced it had hired Gillian Tong to a new MD role heading internal comms.
