In her new role leading the consumer team, Terrell will work across accounts including B&Q, Subway, TalkTalk and Airbus. She will report to CEO Richard Moss.
Terrell worked at Good Relations from 2007 to 2011 before moving to Golin where she headed up the Orange and Everything Everywhere account, and covered brands including Virgin Media, William Hill, npower and Unilever's Kenco and Tassimo.
The appointment follows that of Tim Browne, who joined Good Relations earlier this month from JWT as executive planning director.
