PRWeek revealed that Airbnb started talking to agencies in November, with incumbent Freuds deciding not to repitch for the account.
Hope&Glory will provide press office support alongside Airbnb's in-house team, as well a series of campaigns to build brand awareness in the UK and grow its share of listings.
Hope&Glory managing partners Jo Carr and James Gordon-MacIntosh will lead the account and report to Airbnb comms manager for UK & Ireland Alison Wood.
