Fashion comms agencies Bright Light PR and MLPR merge

Fashion PR agencies Bright Light PR and MLPR have merged to form a new entity called Bright Light, which is set to expand its remit into beauty comms and grow its travel division.

The new agency has a 10-strong team, including a brand strategist, celebrity specialist and blogger adviser, as well as PR experts. It will be based in Hammersmith and led by Bright Light PR founder Paige Mengers and her counterpart at MLPR, Marie Louise Pumfrey.

Its clients include high street and online retailers such as Fiorelli, Land’s End, Zalando, Seasalt and Look Again. The luxury division specialises in fine jewellery and high-end brands such as Lucie Campbell, Pistol Panties, Simone Pérèle and Madeleine Thompson.

A new beauty division is to launch in the spring. The company said 2015 will see the travel division grow; it currently represents Princess Cruises.
