Como joined B&P in 2006, working at the group’s Milan headquarters for four years before moving to London in 2010, where he helped to build the UK office through the development of the corporate, legal and brand communication areas.

B&P has also launched an investor relations department in London, headed up by Stefania Bassi. The division will support listed companies and bond issuers with investor relations strategies and market monitoring activities.

Luca Barabino, CEO of Barabino & Partners, said: "For some years now, the UK financial market has become the most important hub for this activity, along with the historical presence in Italy and all across continental Europe. Therefore, opening the division in London is another key step in our process of internationalization.

"This decision is part of the international growing process Barabino & Partners had already started in the 90s with the Brussels office and then confirmed with the opening in London (2007), Berlin (2009) and New York (2011), foreign locations completing the organisation with the Italian offices in Milan, Genoa and Rome."

Como added: "Our direct presence in London will enable our professionals to establish an even tighter, continuous and effective dialogue with the local financial market, which is by far the largest, most efficient and dynamic in the world in order to support ever better our Italian and international clients".
