WASHINGTON: Wiley Rein has acquired McBee Strategic Consulting, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the law firm. Wiley Rein has more than 270 attorneys, while McBee has 40 communications and advocacy professionals, the firms said in a statement.
PARSIPPANY, NJ: Investment services company Hennion & Walsh has retained Prosek Partners as its PR AOR. The firm will support ongoing media relations and social media efforts for Hennion & Walsh.
LONDON: Huntsworth has named Tim Ryan, Nicky Dulieu, and Farah Ramzan Golant as non-execuitive directors as of January 1 of next year. Ryan will also serve as senior independent director, effective at the start of 2015. Former Hill & Knowlton chief executive Paul Taaffe was named CEO of Huntsworth last week.

DALLAS: Property Damage Appraisers has selected M/C/C as its PR AOR with the goal of moving into markets such as heavy equipment and property, as well as growing existing markets. The firm will take Property Damage Appraisers through a brand-development process and implement a comprehensive, integrated marcomms program, it said in a statement.
