To promote the launch of its 2014 Christmas stamps, Royal Mail has created five Vine videos using animation to bring the stamps to life.
Designed by Andrew Bannecker and animated by Onlinefire, the series uses layered files to make the characters move, sing and walk.
The animated stamps show people ice skating, building a snowman and carol singing. Each vine is on a six second loop.
Royal Mail's head of marketing Fraser Chisholm said: "We wanted to bring the stamps to life and make them appeal to a younger generation. Vine is a very fun and visual platform and we wanted to show that stamps are fun and not just for collectors."
