Leigh, who founded PRexamples in 2012, previously spent more than five years at Yetis PR. He was also a senior account director at Frank PR.
The new agency will launch with personal clients including fundraising adventurer and Pride of Britain nominee Jamie McDonald, entrepreneur Mark Pearson, who recently sold his business MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, and artist Paul Oz, who has been commissioned by Bradley Wiggins and Theo Paphitis.
The agency also has a roster of brand clients, including price comparison site Gocompare.com, UK gym marketplace PayasUgym.com and London TV manufacturer Titan Screens.
Leigh said: "I’m launching the agency with an emphasis on personal PR – both because it’s something I enjoy and also because there are so many interesting, inspirational and talented people out there with amazing stories to tell that I and my agency can help.
"That said, having built a fantastically experienced support team, I don’t intend to turn my back on brand PR. I’m fortunate to be launching with some great clients, all of which offer stand-out products and services within their fields, and I can’t wait to add to the team to keep things moving in the right direction."
The agency will be based in Gloucester with meeting space in London. Leigh is currently looking to recruit for the agency’s Gloucester office.
Leigh was named in PRWeek’s ’29 under 29’ in 2012.
