Jim Donaldson to join FleishmanHillard from Weber Shandwick for top UK role

Jim Donaldson is to join FleishmanHillard from rival agency Weber Shandwick in a new role heading the consultancy's operations in the UK and the Middle East.

Donaldson’s job title will be senior partner and regional director, encompassing managing director for these two regions. He will report to John Saunders, regional president, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Donaldson will join from Weber Shandwick, where he currently leads the international work out of the Middle East as chair of the firm's EMEA corporate practice. He is due to step down from Weber Shandwick in December and begin his new role in January.

Over his 20-year career, Donaldson has lived and worked in continental Europe, the Middle East and the UK running agency teams, offices and regions.
