Verbalisation hires advertising trio to provide full-service client offering

Comms consultancy Verbalisation has made three senior hires to provide bespoke services across marketing, advertising and political comms.

Damon Webb: Former creative director at Tequila London joins Verbalisation

The new appointments include Damon Webb who joins as executive creative director. He previously held the same role at Tequila. Clare Rossi is joining the firm as strategy director. Her previous roles include global planning partner at Ogilvy & Mather and planning director at Grey London.

Lastly Melinda Rena is joining as business consultant. She has worked across a range of global accounts including Danone, Coca-Cola and GlaxoSmithKline. Most recently she held the position of global account director at Havas.

Helen Davies, Verbalisation’s head of consultancy services, said: "We help our clients to win the war of words. Verbalisation is the missing link in modern communications. Our model challenges every assumption of the marketing industry - we assess, we don’t guess. That’s why our clients achieve the success they do – be that from the political, governmental or corporate arenas."

In recent months Verbalisation has helped boost sales for the FT Weekend, deliver a nationwide youth outreach initiative for the European Parliament in partnership with Demsoc, and provide ongoing comms support for Nigeria First to ensure an accurate portrayal of the country within the international media.
