Andy Poole: Weber Shandwick's new deputy manager in Manchester

Poole, who has been at WS for ten years, will be responsible for strengthening the team’s digital and social capabilities as well as helping to grow the Manchester office, which currently has 30 employees. He will support current MD, Jo Leah.
Poole said: "WS Manchester continues to go from strength to strength with an exciting and varied range of accounts including Aldi, PZ Cussons, Manchester Business School and Bernard Matthews to name a few.
"The current team is the best we’ve ever had and that is reflected in the outstanding, award-winning work we do for clients. We continue to push the boundaries of how we work with clients and the services we provide and it’s an honour to be on this journey with them."
Leah added: "Having worked with Andy closely for over 10 years, he has shown time and time again what an all-rounder he is.
"He has played an integral role in the continued growth of Weber Shandwick. We are entering a new era of the business and are evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients, reflected in our recent investment in skillsets outside of the typical PR remit."
Weber has also recruited SEO specialist, Giovanni di Cosmo, who will work across all divisions of the business.
