Former Hearst PR chief Jane Wynyard heads to Net-A-Porter

Former head of PR at Hearst Magazines Jane Wynyard has moved to Net-A-Porter to take up the same role, which has been newly created at the publishing group.

Wynyard will be responsible for leading the global comms strategy for Net-A-Porter's fashion magazine, Porter, its online fashion website The Edit, and the retailer’s overall media division.
Wynyard was at Hearst for seven years, leading the consumer and corporate PR for more than 20 of its UK digital and print brands including Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country, ELLE UK, Esquire and Digital Spy.

Before Hearst Wynyard held comms roles at the BBC, Chello Zone and Mission Media.

Macleod-Smith was the publishing director of Harper's Bazaar and Esquire before joining Net-A-Porter in 2012.
