Tham replaces Morse as MD of H+K in Singapore

Hill+Knowlton Strategies has announced the appointment of Michelle Tham as managing director of its Singapore operations. She assumes the role previously held by Jamie Morse, who has stepped down

Tham hails from a strong mix of global agency and client roles. With more than 15 years’ experience in content marketing and integrated campaigns she is seen as a savvy marketer with deep exposure across the spectrum of consumer, corporate, technology and healthcare sectors. As a leader Tham has founded, managed and grown agency networks on a regional basis, and also established content and digital content propositions for several brands.

"Clients are tired of the same agency rhetoric," Tham said. "The baseline today is that we intimately understand the changing landscape of traditional media, we’re digitally savvy, and have the right mix of talent to create breakthrough strategies."

Her appointment comes on the heels of another senior appointment, Elke Pascoe, who takes on the role of regional director of health and wellness. Tham will report to H+K President and CEO, Asia, John Morgan.
