JACKSONVILLE, AL: Jacksonville State University has named Buffy Lockette as its director of PR, replacing Patty Hobbs, who retired in June.
Lockette has held PR roles at the University of Florida and Auburn University at Montgomery.
She was previously a student at Jacksonville State.
