Dungate won the #Vlog4Good competition, designed to put social media at the core of Save the Children’s digital strategy, after a voting process through YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
She will now be handed editorial control of the charity’s YouTube channel for the next year, producing original content every week.
Dungate, whose own videos attract thousands of online viewers, said: "It’s an awesome opportunity to help bring Save the Children’s work to the forefront of the YouTube community and hopefully make a huge difference along the way. Don’t forget to Like and Subscribe."
