Bailhache, former director of comms and member of the executive committee at Direct Line Group, is leading the agency as managing partner.
He is joined by his former Financial Dynamics colleagues Gorman and Henderson. Gorman has previously worked in comms at UBS while Henderson joins from SKAGEN Funds where he is head of UK comms.
Other than providing financial and corporate comms advice, Neustria aims to meet the current challenges facing banks, insurers, investment managers and boutique finance firms in the public and private sector, from their shareholders, members or owners.
