Capella PR beats four to uSwitch money and insurance brief

Price comparison and switching service uSwitch.com has appointed Capella PR for its money and insurance business after a five-way competitive pitch.

The brief will last 12 months and will cover traditional as well as social media relations.

Capella has been tasked with running a series of campaigns to connect uSwitch with the news agenda, for example tackling the rising cost of living.

Charlotte Nunes, head of PR at uSwitch.com, said: "[Capella] demonstrated a thorough understanding of our brand strategy and shared a series of really strong integrated campaign ideas that we're confident will help us help consumers."

uSwitch continues to retain Lansons for its energy business and Rhizome PR for its technology business.
