Pablo Largacha was recently appointed the Asia Pacific public affairs and communications group director for Coca-Cola.
Before moving to Singapore, he led the company's public Affairs and Communications teams in several Latin American markets, where he was responsible for building and maintaining the Coca-Cola system's reputation as one of the most admired and largest private employers in Latin America. Previously, he had worked for the Corporate Public Affairs team in the Company's headquarters in Atlanta, where he was responsible for meeting with investors, trade unions, government agencies, shareowners, NGOs and academics to help advance the Company’s global workplace and human rights practices.
Largacha started his career with the Coca-Cola system in his native Colombia back in 1997, first as Legal and Public Affairs Manager for the Company’s local bottler, and then as Public Affairs & Communications Manager for The Coca-Cola Company. He holds a Law degree from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, and an International Masters degree in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain.
