At the PRWeek Conference in New York, Cargill's corporate VP of corporate affairs Mike Fernandez explains how his company and its customers, such as McDonald’s, keeps consumers in the loop of its food sourcing practices.
"When it comes to food, or anything that is ingested or touches the body, it becomes incredibly important for us to be more transparent about our ingredients, in terms of where they come from, how they are sourced, and how they are manufactured," he said.
