Andy Oliver has 20 years’ experience in public relations. He started his career in the UK and in 1996 joined LEWIS Communications in London. Andy is the longest serving member of staff after CEO Chris Lewis.
At the end of 1998 Andy relocated to San Diego, California, to establish the company’s presence in the US. Staff from San Diego went on to open up offices in San Francisco and San Jose. Oliver started and ran the Los Angeles office in 2007-9.
In 2009, Oliver relocated to Singapore to take responsibility for Asia Pacific, becoming the first LEWIS staffer to work in three regions for the group. Andy oversaw the acquisition of EBA Communications in 2014, which expanded LEWIS’ presence into China and added three offices to the LEWIS network, doubling the size of the APAC region.
Now based in Hong Kong, Oliver oversees LEWIS’ eight offices in APAC; Bangalore, Beijing, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney. He is responsible for the growth of the region, business development, personnel and client satisfaction.
