He is a trusted corporate communications adviser to clients and is heavily involved in crisis management and crisis training. In addition, he has undertaken a number of global assignments, including leading Hill+Knowlton's Client Service and Practices, and managing one of Hill+Knowlton's largest global clients in the technology sector.

He has a MBA in marketing from Duke University, a MA in Political Science from Georgetown, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Kent.
