For the last four years, Silver has led the global Samsung relationship for Edelman across 14 countries and multiple practice areas as MD and global client relationship manager.

MSL’s New York MD position has been vacant since late last year when Joel Curran departed to become vice chancellor for communications and public affairs at the University of North Carolina.

Silver worked at Edelman for 15 years. Prior to his current role, he was executive director of Edelman China. He also served as GM of Edelman’s Shanghai office and EVP of consumer marketing in New York.
