Co-founders Nik Done and Gerry Hopkinson risked civil war by dividing the agency in two and going head to head in a ferocious grudge match fuelled by Pimm's and pizza.

Avoiding becoming collateral damage, Flack went underground but hears that Done’s team reigned supreme, leaving a slew of battle-scarred account executives in its wake.

Hopkinson, meanwhile, is thought to have scarpered to recoup from his loss, all the while muttering something about ill-fitting trainers being to blame.

Never underestimate the competitive spirit generated by an egg-and-spoon race.
