Since joining Allison+Partners in 2007, Anne Colaiacovo has become quite adept at accomplishing a lot of firsts. In 2010, at the age of 31, she became the youngest and first female partner in the agency’s history. A year later, she was named senior partner. Her ascendancy was clearly warranted, as during her time at the firm she has helped transform Allison’s New York office into the $6.6 million profit center it is today.
Under her leadership, the office has quadrupled in size and has gained prestigious clients such as Asics, The Vitamin Shoppe, ING Direct, Samsung, and Pernod Ricard, among others, with revenue growth of more than 30% each year. She has carved out a niche for the agency in healthy foods with clients such as Kind Healthy Snacks, Food Should Taste Good, FRS Healthy Performance, and Maple Grove Farms. In doing so, she has helped drive the overall growth of the agency’s food and beverage practice group, including its representation of one of the industry’s largest organizations, the National Restaurant Association. Colaiacovo also launched and directed the growth of Allison+Partners’ beauty practice with clients such as L’Oréal USA, Bobbi Brown, and Estée Lauder’s GoodSkin Labs and Philosophy.
Other achievements include launching the firm’s consultant network, AllisonPlus, and its first sub-group dedicated to finding solutions for working parents, AllisonPlus Working Moms. Her employee retention rate is testament to her ability to evoke "an amazing sense of loyalty from her teams," say colleagues. Colaiacovo plays a key role in training and mentoring young talent, teaching courses throughout the year at Allison University. Clients and colleagues describe her as a "great business partner" with "extraordinary vision and tremendous patience."
