Kooza will be staged at the Royal Albert Hall between 4 January and 19 February 2015.
The account was won jointly by AKH Communications and Guesty PR following a competitive pitch process. It will run until the end of the show in February 2015.
Anna Hope, director of AKH Communications, and Steve Guest, director of Guesty PR, will head up the account together.
Hope said: "If we were going to win this against very big agencies we needed to join forces."
She commented that they have complementary PR skills, with her experience running cultural events such as the London Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park and Guest's working with individuals including Jay-Z and Dolly Parton.
Jeff Chauncey, marketing and sales manager at Cirque du Soleil, said: "Both Anna and Steve bring something different to the table; they have a vast amount of experience in the PR industry and look after some of the biggest names and events in the calendar."
