TV shopping company JML appoints Bite as first retained agency

TV shopping company JML has hired Bite as its first retained communications, content and social media agency following a competitive pitch.

The agency will provide integrated PR and social media services to support JML’s television shopping channels and its in-store retail video proposition.

JML, which was founded in 1986 and now has two film studios and three shopping channels, previously handled communications in-house.

The agency will report to JML sales director Rob Falconer, who said that the growing success of the company led to the decision to bring in expert support.
