The group, home to brands including Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, is reviewing its work across the UK, Netherlands, Germany and Hungary.
Rooster PR has handled the UK brief for the past seven years but declined to repitch for the UK work, which has been expanded to offer wider European support.
A spokesperson for the group, also home to brands art’otel and Arenaturist, said the new briefs reflected "growth across all regions".
She said: "PPHE Hotel Group has been meeting with PR agencies within each region with a view to supporting its destination-led restaurant and bar strategy, lifestyle and brand awareness focuses. Each agency will be required to support the group’s development pipeline within their own territory."
The work will also require agencies to support awareness raising for art’otel Amsterdam and the opening of Park Plaza Belvedere Medulin, Croatia this June.
The spokesperson added: "The re-tender process has been completed in both Germany & Hungary and the Netherlands and is nearing completion in the UK; expected end of June. All agencies approached and invited to participate in the re-tender process included the previous three incumbent agencies."
Rooster PR MD James Brooke said: "We’ve had a great relationship with PPHE Hotel Group and it has been very successful on both sides but we just took a decision not to go for it again."
This spring the group reported a revenue growth for 2013 of 1.2 per cent to €245m but a pre-tax profit drop of 61.8 per cent to €25.8m, attributed to a major profit gain the previous year off the back of the London 2012 Olympics.
