The account will focus on driving brand awareness for Ebookers and will involve a mix of traditional, social and influencer communications.
The work was previously handled by the Red Consultancy, which was appointed in 2008.
Ebookers, owned by Orbitz Worldwide, is one of Europe’s largest online travel agents. The campaign, covering both UK and Ireland, will focus on the key booking periods throughout the year as well as reacting to trends identified from analysis of the company’s customer data.
Shine will report to Ebookers UK marketing manager Jessica Craker, who led the pitch process.
