Abchurch has won the ongoing financial PR and corporate communications remit for energy saving group PassivSystems ahead of the company's AIM flotation.
Founded in 2008, PassivSystems offers software for monitoring solar panels, as well as helping consumers and businesses manage their energy costs.
It announced its intention to float on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange at the end of the last month, with shares expected to start trading next month.
