WASHINGTON: Qorvis MSLGroup has named Mark Duffy as an associate in its Washington, DC, office.
He will focus on public affairs and public diplomacy clients.
Duffy has served as a political adviser to the prime minister of Ireland and was a senior adviser to Irish Senator James Carroll. He also assisted Sen. John McCain's (R-AZ) 2008 presidential campaign by organizing the Irish-American Presidential Forum.
Duffy recently returned from China, where he accompanied former Congressman Mark Kennedy to a series of meetings with Chinese government officials.
MSL bought Qorvis last month.
